We provide an application, Garmin Express, designed to manage Garmin devices. Garmin Express is used for map updates, software updates, device registration, and syncing Fitness data with Garmin Connect as well. Download and install to find out more.


NOTE: To use Garmin Express, users must use a computer that has a USB port for a data cable or ANT+ Stick to communicate.  It is not compatible with tablets or phones. For more details visit- Can I use Garmin Express on a Phone or a Tablet?.
